Your Item comes packaged in a Harvey and Quinn gift box.
All of Harvey and Quinn’s jewellery is hand made in the UK, under normal circumstances it will take 3 to 5 working days to receive your purchase. However, if we do not have your item in stock it may take 2-3 weeks for us to finish this piece once it has been purchased.
As soon as it is completed, it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, or by Royal Mail International Signed For service for our international customers.
Free UK delivery – Next working day delivery once your order has been finished by our workshop. Your parcel should arrive before 1pm and will require a signature on arrival.
International delivery from £10.00 – Approximately 3-7 working days, depending on destination, once your order has been finished by our workshop.
Multiple purchases can be sent as one package and therefore postage will be adjusted accordingly.
Occasionally it can take longer for the parcel to be cleared through customs.
Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number, and instructions on how to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
Online Refund & Exchange Policy:
If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase at Harvey and Quinn we are happy to offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email in the condition it was sold.
Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number – only then will we be happy to issue a refund.
Please note that Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons.
We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Harvey and Quinn.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
Harvey and Quinn does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are of course possible within the terms explained above.
Please download and complete a Customer Returns Form. You will also need a Returns Advice Number to complete the form. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a unique Returns Advice Number.
Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase.
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact (Lucy) Harvey and Quinn on 01799 513054 or email email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement.
We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.
