We offer free repairs for up to six months for any product purchased from us or one of our stockist. To return an item for repair please email us at info@harveyandquinn.com, or contact the stockist from which you purchased the jewellery.

For items that need repairing that are older than six months please also email us at info@harveyandquinn.com. We will not be able to tell you how much the repair will cost until we have seen the jewellery. You will always be informed of the cost before we carry out any repair work. Payment will need to be made before we carry out the repair.
